CairnsPlan 2016 Planning Scheme Policies

A Planning Scheme Policy (PSP) is a document that:

  • supports Council's planning scheme;
  • provides information that may be required or requested to accompany a development application;
  • contains standards; and
  • includes guidance or advice on how to satisfy the assessment benchmarks within the planning scheme.
