Open to visitors from 8 am to 6 pm, 7 days a week.  * Note: The road can be closed at short notice due to landslides, fallen trees or road works. Check our Works in Progress webpage for any current or planned closures, or contact our Customer Service Centre on 1300 69 22 47.

  Gates - Open 8:30am - Close 5:15pm (7 Days)
• Buy-Back Shop - 37-51 Lyons Street, Portsmith (within Portsmith Transfer Station)
  Gates - Open: 9am – 4pm, Wednesday - Sunday. Closed between Christmas and New Years Day, as well as Easter long weekend each year
• Smithfield Waste & Recycling Transfer Station - Lot 1 Dunne Road, Smithfield
  Gates – Open 8.30am – Close 5:15pm (7 Days) Closed Christmas day and during annual Cairns Ironman event.
• Gordonvale Waste & Recycling Transfer Station - Lot 1 Bruce Highway, Aloomba

  Note: This is a single bin Waste Disposal Site and accepts household municipal solid waste only.  No recycling, green waste, hazardous waste or commercial waste is accepted. Access by authorised card holders only.
