Special Meetings

Council may hold a Special Meeting at different times. In accordance with the requirements of the Local Government Act, two days written notice must be given of the date, time and object of the meeting.

All of the Councillors are required for a Special Meeting.

The Table of Contents will be published prior to the meeting.  All Open Session reports to be considered at the meeting shall be published in full.  Reports listed to be considered in the Closed Session of the meeting are not released to the public.
