Cairns Festival (AUGUST/ SEPTEMBER)
Cairns Festival is an annual 10-day celebration of art, culture and the beauty of living in Tropical North Queensland. Cairns Festival proudly hosts a kaleidoscope of culture, arts, music, comedy, visual arts, and family events celebrating the beauty and rich cultural heritage of living where the sun and sand meet the city.
Cairns Children's Festival
The Cairns Children's Festival is an annual celebration for children aged 12 years and under. It puts our youngest creatives in the spotlight, through a safe and fun environment for families to explore, create and imagine.
Cairns Ecofiesta
This free event is a music festival, a food festival, a children’s festival and an environmental expo all rolled into one big smorgasbord of fun!
Understory Film Festival
The Understory Film Festival Awards Night is on Saturday 18 November at Munro Martin Parklands. Understory is a short film competition for local filmmakers in North Queensland.
