CairnsPlan 2016 Amendments
Planning scheme amendments are required from time to time to keep the CairnsPlan 2016 up to date and operating effectively.
Each time an amendment is adopted, a superseded planning scheme is created.
The table below provides a list of the amendments to the CairnsPlan 2016.

Local Government Infrastructure Plan Administrative Amendment 1 of 2022 –Explanatory statement and summary of amendments ( PDF, 0.12 MB ) | v3.1 | This amendment clarifies that the Local Government Infrastructure Plan does not consider the Cairns South State Development Area.
