CairnsPlan 2016 Planning Scheme Policies
A Planning Scheme Policy (PSP) is a document that:
- supports Council's planning scheme;
- provides information that may be required or requested to accompany a development application;
- contains standards; and
- includes guidance or advice on how to satisfy the assessment benchmarks within the planning scheme.
