Half-yearly rates - payment deadline

Rates notices were issued on 17 July 2025 and ratepayers have until close of business on 20 August 2025 to make payment. See our available payment options. Interest charges will apply to late payments.

Council is providing extended interest free repayment plans for rates notices to those ratepayers who have been severely impacted by the TC Jasper flooding event. If you have been severely impacted by the floods, apply for rates hardship relief.

If you have previously been granted financial hardship assistance due to COVID-19 and continue to have difficulty paying your rates because of the pandemic, complete our Rates hardship relief online form and our Revenue Team will contact you.
