Block Printing on Fabric with Hannah Parker, Artist, Ages 5–9
Calling all budding artists! Come stamp and print your way through the school holidays with experienced artist and teacher, Hannah Parker.
Block printing is a creative technique that uses carved blocks of wood, rubber or linoleum to transfer ink onto surfaces such as paper or fabric. In this fun block printing workshop, students will use pre-carved stamps to print colourful designs and patters onto fabric to take home.
This beginner-friendly school holiday workshop is the perfect way to spark creativity and try something new. No artistic experience required, just bring your imagination!
All materials are provided. To promote a focused and independent learning environment, we require that parents/carers do not remain in the classroom during the arts sessions. Students can enjoy this activity under the supervision of our qualified teaches.
