See what happens when children’s crazy imaginations run into the animal kingdom.
Every year, Court House Gallery has hosted an exhibition for young artists, now one of the highlights of Cairns Children’s Festival. This year’s brief was simply to create an original artwork that represents a creature – it could be a 'never before seen' creature or a unique interpretation of an animal.
This exhibition provides kindergarten and primary school-aged children living in Far North Queensland the opportunity to have their artwork exhibited at an art gallery and receive public recognition for their creativity and skills.
