Exhibition: Wed 17 Sep - Sat 8 Nov 2025
Launch: 5.00pm, Sat 20 Sep
Workshops: Wed 17 - Mon 22 Sep
The Australian Watercolour Muster features an exhibition of watercolour paintings by artists from around the nation and the world, and a six-day public program of workshops and events.
The goal of the Australian Watercolour Muster is to create a broader platform for Australian artists to engage with the international arts community, and specifically for the watercolour community to take their work into new and creative fields of endeavour, creating opportunities to share studios and exhibition spaces where possible in this world.
The biennial Australian Watercolour Muster is part of a network from over 90 countries - engaged and linked together via the FabrianoInAcquarello - Italy Art Symposium, held annually in Italy over the last sixteen years. This year artists from this network have been invited to Australia to paint, tutor workshops, and give demonstrations
