A Masterplan is being developed for the future Major Events Precinct, bringing together the Cairns Showgrounds, Barlow Park and surrounding recreation, cultural and sporting spaces into one connected destination.

This project is funded by the Australian Government through the regional Precincts and Partnerships Program.
