Council services at the Customer Service Centre on Spence Street are operating at reduced levels this morning due to a water outage affecting the area.

To help minimise water use during the outage, staff have been advised to work from home where possible.

Customers are encouraged to access Council services online, contact Customer Service on 1300 69 22 47, or report issues via the My Cairns App.

Services at Cairns Libraires are not affected.

Council will provide a further update as soon as service levels change.

Council apologises for any inconvenience and appreciates the community's understanding.
