Help improve walking in Edge Hill and Whitfield
Published: 30th June 2026. (Note: information was correct at date of publication but may have since been changed or superseded.)

Council is developing a Walking Network Plan for Edge Hill and Whitfield to improve walking connections between local schools, shops, parks, public transport, community facilities and recreational areas.
Whether you live, work, study, visit or spend time in the area, we want to hear about your walking experiences. Tell us where you walk, what works well, where improvements are needed, and which routes feel safe and accessible.
Complete the online survey, add your comments to the interactive map, or email your feedback. Your input will help identify priorities for future improvements to footpaths, crossings, shade, signage and walking connections throughout the area.
Have your say and help shape a safer, more connected walking network for Edge Hill and Whitfield.
Feedback closes 12 July 2026
The Project is proudly funded in part (50%) by the Queensland Governments Walking Local Government Grants Program.
