Jim Moynihan is a musician, industrial designer, songwriter, audio-engineer, sound designer and electronic music producer. His prolific output has carved a unique niche within contemporary electronic music and built a worldwide reputation for his idiosyncratic sound design and richly textured productions.

The Spoonbill Ensemble brings the long term collaborators behind Spoonbill’s studio recordings to the stage, with guitar, horns, violin, and electronics shaping the sound in real time. Built from the original material, the live show opens into improvisation, interaction, and a dynamic, flowing energy, creating a richly textured and immersive performance.

True Vibenation

On stage 3pm - 4:15pm

True Vibenation combines an irresistible blend of soul, afrobeat and hip hop backed by big bass, big beats and live horns. The spirit of community and conscious music lies at the heart of their manifesto, earning them a reputation across the world for an electric and infectious live show, with all three artists singing, producing beats and playing horns live on stage.

Formidable Vegetable

On stage 1:30pm - 2:45pm

Formidable Vegetable are a fresh harvest of hope in a wild and overgrown world. Whether it’s performing at Glastonbury, delivering TEDx talks or shaking things up at the United Nations the band, hailing from Western Australia have something special and unique that the whole village will dig.

FoVeg plant seeds of inspiration at every festival, fair and community garden they perform at. The band is paving the way for an entirely new kind of creative action for composting the problems of the world and growing abundant, community-scale solutions in their place.

Loni Fitzpatrick

On stage 10am - 10:45am

Loni Fitzpatrick is a celebrated harpist and singer revered for her exceptional musicality and versatility, boasting a rich and broad-ranging career that spans over 10 years. With a strong classical foundation, Loni's artistry extends into the realms of jazz and contemporary, establishing her as a multi-genre maestro of her craft that has seen her rise to become one of the most sought-after harpists in Australia in recent years.

Raconteurs

On stage 11am - 11:45am

With a love of all things funky and downright groovy, the raconteurs are a truly original and fun band consisting of drums, bass, keys, guitar, sax and vocals.

Formed in 2004, the group was a loose collective of musos who jammed and lived the very music they created. Jamming on Funk, Blues, Acid Jazz and Punk are just a few styles that pop up in a raconteurs set but there is an overriding feel of Ska…. Ska, Ska and more Ska.

Cloud 9

On stage 12 noon - 12:45pm

Known for their laid-back grooves and authentic sound, Cloud 9 has been lighting up FNQ with shows that keep the crowd moving. If you're into fresh, homegrown reggae, Cloud 9 brings it with style and soul every time.
