Shadows from the past
Cairns Family History society presents a dramatised evening walk through the heritage listed McLeod Street Pioneer Cemetery in McLeod Street Cairns.
This cemetery contains the graves of the early Cairns residents, the well known and the not so well known. The 'residents' are brought to life by local actors under the guidance of a professional artistic director, Rachel Terry of Box Jelly Theatre Co., while Cairns Family History has supplied the background information on these 'residents'.
