Melodium

Melodium is a group of Cairns musicians who have a wealth of experience between them. Mention jazz in Cairns, and Tommy See Poy, Joe Vizzone, Josh Holt, Mike Rivett, and Nikky Doll are names that top the conversation. RnB, Funk, Latin and Blues weave a rich tapestry through the band’s performances, detailing the spectrum of influences that make this musical elixir called Melodium such a tasty delight for your Jazzy funky soul.

Carruthers & Others Quartet

CARRUTHERS & OTHERS QUARTET

Cairns Jazz young guns Carruthers & Others continue to amaze with their dynamic sound and musical maturity far beyond their years! With half the quartet away on tour, twins Isla and Marcus Carruthers will be lining up for this event with the fabulous Josh Holt on double bass and local sax legend Mike Rivett.
