Green Space Our Place volunteers

The Green Space Our Place program is a great way to get involved in your community, enjoy the outdoors with like-minded people, and contribute to the improvement and upkeep of the region's open spaces.

Our volunteers are a diverse and eclectic bunch of people with a shared passion for improving the city.

They are a hard-working, fun loving, dedicated group who share knowledge, make friends, bake cakes to share and feel the satisfaction of their amazing collective achievements.

With the vision of ‘Building collaborative partnerships between Council and community to promote and develop our region while connecting and creating opportunities to enrich lives’ our volunteers are able to play an active role in enhancing the region.
