Volunteering
Green Space Our Place volunteers
Get involved in your community, enjoy the outdoors with like-minded residents and contribute to the improvement and upkeep of the region's open spaces.
Supervised GSOP volunteer groups
If you don't mind getting your hands dirty while developing your gardening skills, learning about plants and meeting new people, then we have 10 volunteer groups you can get involved with.
Other nature-based volunteer options
From Little Taccas and history tours, to neighbourhood produce gardens and park improvements, there's plenty of ways to volunteer.
Arts volunteers
Volunteer in the arts at one of our galleries, festivals or events. Share your skills as an arts mentor.
Animal care volunteers
Love cats and dogs? Want to give back to your community? Volunteer at our Animal Care & Education Centre (ACE) to give extra love and affection for dogs and cats in our care.
