Cairns Regional Council has appointed Holly McBride as its new Director People and Organisational Performance.

She brings to the role a wealth of expertise in organisational transformation, positive workforce change, and safety.

As the Executive Manager People Safety and Wellbeing at Fraser Coast Council for the last three years, Ms McBride has been pivotal in improving staff engagement and culture.

“As Director of People and Organisational Performance, Holly will continue to drive innovation and excellence across our workforce, ensuring we remain a high-performing organisation.”
