Brass-fuelled energy meets eco-inspiration

Bullhorn, one of Australia’s most electrifying live acts, will headline Cairns Ecofiesta 2025 on Sunday 22 June at Munro Martin Parklands.

Known for their explosive brass-powered sound and the dynamic presence of MC Roman, Bullhorn promises a performance that’s bold, joyful, and utterly unique.

Cairns Mayor Amy Eden said the band’s energy is a perfect fit for Ecofiesta’s vibrant and uplifting atmosphere.

“Their performance at Ecofiesta will be an unforgettable highlight, perfectly complementing the festival's spirit of fun, friendship and eco-inspiration,” she said.

Celebrating 10 years of Ecofiesta

Now in its 10th year, Ecofiesta remains Queensland’s premier sustainable living festival, celebrating innovation in green technology, environmental conservation, and community-led change—all set in the lush surrounds of Munro Martin Parklands.

Volunteers wanted for 2025 event

As Ecofiesta prepares for its biggest year yet, volunteers are needed to help bring the event to life.

From assisting with activities to supporting event operations, volunteers are central to the festival’s success.

Mayor Eden encouraged the community to get involved.

“Volunteering is a fantastic way to get involved, meet like-minded people, and be part of something that really makes a difference in our community,” she said.

No prior experience is needed – just a can-do attitude and enthusiasm.

Volunteers will receive refreshments during their shift and play a part in shaping a greener future.
