Gentle Yoga integrates all aspects of yoga and is suitable for all levels of fitness and beginners. It focuses on physical practices to heal, strengthen and enhance flexibility of the body and improve energy flows, breath and mindfulness techniques to gain control of the mind and relaxation to tap into internal peace and heart opening practices, meditation, philosophy and mantra to explore deeper aspects of your innermost self. Please bring a mat or towel.
