Chair Qi-Yoga
Chair Qi-Yoga supports the Active Living Program by encouraging gentle physical activity that improves mobility, balance, flexibility and circulation, while also promoting relaxation, stress reduction and mental wellbeing. Delivered in a supportive, inclusive setting, the class helps participants build confidence to move safely, stay active, and connect socially within their community.
The chair‑based format ensures the activity is accessible for all abilities, supporting healthier ageing, increased participation in physical activity, and improved overall quality of life.
