Arts Festivals
Cairns Festival is the city's signature celebration event, which is run by Council in September each year. The city also hosts Cairns Children's Festival and the Understory Film Festival annually.

Vibrance is a magazine produced by Council's Creative Life team in hard copy and app form to highlight the arts and cultural programs, projects and events of Cairns Regional Council.
