Christmas card competition
Design Council's official 2023 Christmas eCard!
The winner will receive a fabulous Christmas present and their design will be used as the 2023 Cairns Regional Council Christmas eCard.
The winner will also be invited to help light the giant Christmas tree at the Esplanade Lagoon on 1 December 2023.
