Placemaking Strategy
Shaping better parks and public spaces across our region through a new Placemaking Strategy
The aim of this strategy is to improve the planning, design and activation of our parks and public space network, while balancing community needs, local character, and future growth.
Now we want to hear from you on whether we’re heading in the right direction.
Community consultation is now open, giving you the opportunity to share your ideas through the survey and interactive map.
The consultation for public feedback is open to 31 May 2026.
