Cairns Regional Council is updating the Culture and the Arts Strategy 2022 and needs your input to ensure the new plan is tailored to needs in line with regional growth.

We are committed to supporting the growth and diversity of arts and cultural activities and expression in ways that respond to identifiable needs that benefit the community, businesses and visitors to the area.

Stage 1 Consultation: September 2024 - March 2025

Stage 2 Draft strategy: February 2025 - March 2025

Stage 3 Final strategy: April 2025 - May 2025
