Temporary closure of Babinda Transfer Station

The Babinda Transfer Station will be closed on Wednesday 15 July to allow for the processing of green waste on site.

Residents can still dispose of general waste at the temporary bin at the Babinda Works Depot on Peever Road.

It is expected the transfer station will reopen at 8.30am on Thursday 16 July.

Council apologises for any inconvenience.
