Council half-yearly rates issued, due 4 March

Council has issued its half-yearly rates notices with a due date of 4 March 2026.

Payble is Council’s preferred online payment method, a secure and easy-to-use payment platform allowing customers to easily manage their rates.

For those not wishing to use Payble, a variety of other online and phone payment options are available (please note payments made via other platforms may take up to 2 business days to update account balances in Payble), including:

  • Via the Online Self Service payment page on Council’s website (Visa, Mastercard and Amex accepted). For multiple properties, use the shopping cart facility.
  • By phone: Payment by credit card can be made via BPoint on 1300 276 468 using biller code 49346 and the assessment number on the top right-hand corner of the rates notice.
  • Bpay using biller code 49346
  • Mailed cheque or money order
  • Australia Post online (www.postbillpay.com.au), phone 13 18 16, or in person.

Residents can now opt to receive future rates notices by email via Council’s website, by providing their name, email address and property assessment number, found on the top right hand corner of any existing notice.

Ratepayers can also request a Bpay View version via their internet banking.

What if I cannot pay by the due date?

Flexible payment options are available through Payble.

To view your options, scan the QR Code on your rates notice or visit the Payble signup page for options.

Interest applies to overdue balances.
