CairnsPlan 2009

The CairnsPlan 2009 was adopted as a consolidated planning scheme by Cairns Regional Council on 25 February 2009, and commenced on 1 March 2009. It was superseded by the CairnsPlan 2016 which commenced on 1 March 2016.

Adopted version

This is the version as adopted on 25 February 2009 and includes only amendments gazetted up until 25 February 2009.

Superseded version

This version includes all amendments made to the CairnsPlan 2009 from its adoption on 25 February 2009 until immediately before it was superseded by the commencement of the CairnsPlan 2016. This version is not a consolidated planning scheme under the Sustainable Planning Act 2009.

Approved amendments

Amendments were made to the CairnsPlan 2009 between May 2010 and December 2014.
