Positive Ageing Expo for Seniors
Tickets for the 2026 Positive Ageing Expo will be released in late June and will be available via Ticketlink.
Celebrate positive ageing and connect with the services, businesses and community groups that support older members of our community at the 2026 Positive Ageing Expo.
This free event provides seniors, carers, families and community members with the opportunity to discover local services, access valuable information, and engage with organisations that promote health, wellbeing and active ageing.
The expo will feature a wide range of exhibitors, live entertainment at the Cairns Performing Arts Centre (CPAC), and complimentary morning and afternoon tea sessions throughout the day.
The venue offers accessible facilities for wheelchair and walker users.
Event Details
Date: Friday 21 August 2026
Venue: Cairns Performing Arts Centre, Corner Florence & Sheridan Streets, Cairns
Cost: This event is FREE to attend however, tickets for the morning tea/afternoon tea and live entertainment must be reserved by calling TicketLink on 1300 855 835 or booking online.
Parking: Free parking will be available on site. In addition, a range of on-street and off-street parking options, including both paid and unpaid spaces, are available in the surrounding area.
Expo & Stallholders
- Positive Ageing Expo - 9:00am to 4:00pm
- Over 40 stalls showcasing services, businesses and community organisations supporting seniors.
- The Expo is free to attend, and no booking is required. Visitors are welcome to browse the exhibitor and community organisation stalls throughout the day at no cost.
- Please note that tickets are only required for the live entertainment and morning or afternoon tea sessions.
Morning Tea Session
- Live Entertainment: 10:00am – 11:00am
- Morning Tea served: 11:00am – 12:00pm
- Tickets are FREE of cost but must be reserved to secure your place.

- Live Entertainment & Morning Tea – Includes entry to the live entertainment and morning tea.
- Live Entertainment Only – Includes entry to the live entertainment only.

Interested in being a stallholder?
If you are a service provider, business, or community organisation interested in exhibiting at the Positive Ageing Expo, please complete the online application form. Stall holder applications close 30 June.
The Positive Ageing Expo is a highly popular event, and stallholder spaces are limited. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a stall site. Successful applicants will receive confirmation from a Council officer once their application has been reviewed.
