Notice of temporary road closure - area of unformed road on Esplanade Deeral

Notice is given of an application made under the Local Government Act 2009 for temporary road closure of an area of road described and shown hereunder.

• An area of unformed road adjoining lot 1 on SP227612, Esplanade Deeral, shown edged in red on the aerial photo hereunder.

Should this application be approved, the road area will no longer be available for public use and a road permit will issue to the applicant to allow exclusive use of such road area.

Any person who may consider their interest is affected by this application is required to submit their written objection by close of business on 23 June 2024 to:
