Temporary closure of Babinda Waste Transfer Station

The Babinda Waste Transfer Station will be closed on Wednesday 6 March to allow for the processing of green waste on site.

Residents can still dispose of general waste at the temporary bin at the Babinda Works Depot on Peever Road.

It is expected the transfer station will reopen at 8.30am on Thursday 7 March.

Council apologises for any inconvenience.
