Cairns Regional Council is proud to present the Cairns 150 Year Ball, the signature celebration of 2026, as we honour our vibrant community and its remarkable journey over the past 150 years.
Set against the iconic backdrop of the Cairns Esplanade, this spectacular evening promises elegance, entertainment and celebration. Guests will enjoy an unforgettable night of fine dining, live entertainment and community spirit as we mark this milestone in style.
The signature event plays a vital role in our community, raising funds for the Mayor's Christmas Charity to provide Christmas food hampers to local families and elderly residents who need a helping hand during the festive season. In 2026, the charity proudly celebrates its 30th anniversary, making this year’s event even more special. Your generous support brings joy and dignity to those who need it most and is deeply appreciated.
