Munro Martin Parklands

Since reopening in August 2016, Munro Martin Parklands has become a favourite destination for experiencing ballet, contemporary music, new circus and Christmas pantomimes in an open-air setting.

At its centre is the green proscenium stage, the largest of its kind in Australia, creating a distinctive space to experience the arts beneath a tropical sky.

Beyond the stage, the Parklands features tropical plantings, vine-covered pergolas and arbours, and an open-air plaza designed to encourage passive and casual use of the space. Whether attending a performance or simply enjoying the surrounds, the Parklands offers a relaxed and welcoming environment in the heart of the city.

Opening hours

• Open 6.30am to 6.30pm, seven days a week except ticketed event days.
• The gates are locked when the park is closed.
