• Valid for three years from the date of issue / purchase.
• Non-refundable.

How to buy a voucher

• Online, choosing a fixed value gift voucher of $20, $50 or $100 value.
• Online, choosing your own dollar value gift voucher.
• By phone on 1300 855 835.
• In person at the Ticketlink box office.

Voucher delivery methods

• By email.
• Collect at the Ticketlink box office.

Redeeming a voucher

• May be redeemed online, by phone or in person.
• The full value of the voucher does not have to be used in a single transaction; the remaining balance will be issued as a new gift voucher for future use.
• If tickets cost more than the value of a gift voucher simply make the additional payment using your credit/debit card or cash.
