Join us for a jam-packed weekend dedicated to everything live music as the Cairns Music Industry Gathering returns for 2024.

This exciting FREE event aims to foster growth and collaboration in the Cairns region by uniting industry professionals, artists, venue operators, and key stakeholders for an unmissable opportunity to network, engage and learn.

In partnership with the Live Music Office, QMusic, and Flame.Arts (Cairns Regional Council), the Gathering provides a platform for the music community to connect, grow professionally and help shape the future of live music in the region.

Program highlights include:

• Live Music Office Industry Forum as part of developing a Live Music Framework for Cairns under the Live and Local program

• Professional development sessions for musicians under Live and Local program with QMusic and Industry partners

• Roundtable discussions for Live Music Venues with Live Music Office
