Good morning Go Clubs, A Positive FYI regarding Lease Tenures for Not For Profit Groups (NFP): Council recently made a decision to cease increasing lease rental for all Not For Profit Groups. This means that Council will no longer be applying an annual rental increase to lease arrangements with NFP's in the future. The rent figure which appears on your next invoice (your current annual rental) will remain the same annual figure for the balance of your term. This positive change for your association will give you the certainty of a fixed rent for the balance of your arrangement. Your organisation does not need to do anything other than continue to pay your fixed annual rent.

Guys, meet Trevor; Trevor, meet Go Clubs. Thankfully it looks like Cairns won't get to be up close and personal with Trev, but we are likely to get rain. Up to 450mm for the week if the forecast is accurate. This could make things potentially very soggy. Please make sure that your club is prepared for the wet and don't be afraid to cancel trainings or games to protect your field from damage...
