Notification of Responsible Person
- Online applications can be made via desktop or laptop devices. Mobile devices (e.g. smartphones, tablets) are not currently supported.
- This form can be used to notify Council when there is a change to the responsible person (plumber) for works known by Council. A completed Form 7 must be attached to your submission.
- Please note: A compliance certificate will not be provided until a completed Form 7 has been received.
