Test results are typically issued within 10 business days from receipt of sample. They will be issued via email in pdf and excel format.
If you require a quicker turnaround time, please make arrangements with Laboratory Services prior to collecting your sample to ensure this option is available. Additional charges may apply. If you have not received your test results within 10 business days of receiving your Sample Acknowledgment, please contact us.
Please note that test results will only be issued once payment has been made. If payment is not received by the due date, the testing will be cancelled and the sample discarded.
Pay for your test
When your results are ready, the Laboratory Services team will email you an invoice. This can be paid online or in person at a Council Customer Service Centre or at the Laboratory Services building. Payment over the phone is also accepted.

Once your invoice has been paid, you will receive your results via email within 10 business days. If you don’t receive your results within this time, please contact the lab.
