As morning light rises and the remarkable acoustics of Tank 5 come alive, you'll be invited to move, breathe and reconnect in one of Cairns' most extraordinary venues.Choose from two Saturday sessions: 8am for the early birds ready to greet the day, or 10am for those who prefer a slower start to the weekend. Both sessions offer the same grounding practice, designed to settle the mind, awaken the body and leave you feeling centred and restored.Whether you come for the yoga, the music or simply the chance to experience Tank 5 in a completely different light, this is a unique way to start your Saturday.
