History behind the name
Harold and Hazel Khalu moved into the area known as 560, a train stop just south of White Rock in 1956. Harold worked at Queerah Meatworks all of his life as a stockman/train drover. Hazel Khalu was an active member of the Progress Association, involved in the building of local tennis courts.
