Library Fees

The following Admin Fees & Charges ( PDF, 0.02 MB ) and Venue Fees & Charges ( PDF, 0.03 MB ) apply to purchase Cairns Libraries services and materials upon compliance with our Library Policy.

• Fees and charges are reviewed annually and are subject to change.
• Please direct any enquiries to your local Branch.

Library fees can be paid at any branch. Payment via EFTPOS is available.

Council Fees

Residents can pay Council fees at the Council Customer Service Counters located inside Earlville, Gordonvale, Smithfield and Babinda* Libraries (*dog and cat registration only). You can also pay Council bills online.
