Notice of Public Consultation - Proposed CairnsPlan 2016 Major Amendment and Proposed Amendments to Planning Scheme Policies
A proposed Major Amendment to the CairnsPlan 2016 planning scheme and associated amendments to the Planning Scheme Policies are currently on public consultation from 17 November 2020 until 31 January 2021.
The proposed amendments and additional information can be found on the Proposed amendments webpage.
Planning scheme amendments are required from time to time to keep the CairnsPlan 2016 up to date and operating effectively.
Each time an amendment is adopted, a superseded planning scheme is created.
The table below provides a list of the amendments to the CairnsPlan 2016.
