The Queensland Government, with Cairns Regional Council, is offering this FREE Digital Business Workshop that is jam-packed with practical advice and you will take away the digital skills you need to grow your business. Plus,  you will leave the workshop armed with your own ready-to-go digital action plan to improve your business systems, security and productivity.

Topics covered include:

  • current digital trends and how they impact your business
  • how to use data for better business decision-making
  • tips for using online analytics tools to track your business performance
  • how to improve your online presence and customer experience

Participants are also encouraged to complete their own Digital Scorecard online assessment before the workshop. The Digital Scorecard is designed to help businesses identify ways to improve their digital capability and become more competitive in today’s global digital economy. Small to medium enterprises and not-for-profits can use the scorecard to find out how digitally aware and capable they are compared with others in similar industries.
