Welcome to Cairns Regional Council’s Development Application online service. DA Online is a self-help service that allows you to lodge a Development Application or view and track applications at any time without the need to visit or contact Council.
Lodge a Development Application
Smart electronic Development Assessment (Smart eDA) is an online service that supports the preparation, lodgement and processing of development applications. It is a single access point for applicants across the state and is available for use 24 hours seven days a week.
View Development Applications
DA Online is a self-help service that allows you to view and track development applications at your convenience without the need to come to Council.
Please note
- The Cairns Regional Council will upload all new Development Applications received from 1 March 2012 and is in the process of uploading Development Applications received from 1 January 2012.
- Should you require assistance locating information regarding a Development Application that is not currently online please contact Council's Customer Service Centre on 4044 3044.
