Borrow, Reserve & Renew

Borrow

Members can borrow a maximum of 10 items for up to 3 weeks except for Hot Speed Reads which are for 10 days only.

Reserve

Members can reserve up to 10 items at a time.  For the step-by-step instructions please see our guide How to Reserve an Item ( PDF, 0.18 MB ).

Renew

To renew, either go to our online catalogue and login to your account by selecting 'Member Services' on the top lefthand menu or contact us by phone or visit any of our branches. Members can renew items twice providing the item has no reservations.
