The former Cairns City and Douglas Shire Councils ceased to exist on 14 March 2008. Councillor workshops to determine rates, fees and charges for 2008-09 were conducted during April and May 2008.
Fees & Charges
Fees and charges for 2008-09 were adopted at Council's Finance and Administration Committee meeting on 19 June 2008.
Rates
Rates for 2008-09 will be published here after the Budget has been handed down.
