The City Markets are held near the intersection of Lake and Shields streets in the Cairns CBD hosting a selection of market stalls. Make sure to stop by on your lunch break and browse the array of quality products.

These markets showcase the Cairns Region with tourism items and local craft products.

Every Saturday, 8am-4pm, at the Lagoon Plaza
Showcasing local, quality products from contemporary jewellery, woodcraft, leather work, pottery, clothes and skincare, the markets often include much-needed relaxing massage stalls, and much more. Held against the backdrop of the Cairns waterfront, after the market you can enjoy a swim in the Lagoon, take advantage of the free barbecues, exercise equipment and children's play grounds.
Second Sunday each month, 8am-1pm, foreshore, next to Casuarina St
Featuring local crafts, fresh products, plants, second hand items and much more, these community markets make a great family day in a beautiful spot.
Palm Cove (night market)
Every Friday, 5pm-9pm, northern carpark
The Palm Cove night markets showcase local, quality products from contemporary jewellery, woodcraft, leather work, pottery, clothes and skincare, and include much-needed relaxing massage stalls, and so much more.
Every Sunday, Anzac Park, 8am-1.30pm
Established almost 20 years ago, the renowned Port Douglas Sunday Market provides locally made, hand crafted goods of every description.
Stallholder space is via booking only to the Market Coordinator on 0408 006 788.
Please note: due to the popularity of the markets during the tourist season (April to October), applicants are advised that stallholder space may be limited or unavailable during this period.
Last Sunday of the month, April to November, 9am-2pm, Botanic Gardens precinct, Collins Avenue, Edge Hill
Showcasing a blend of local art, craft, produce, vintage clothing, collectables and local natural health products and treatments, the markets are a relaxing way to spend a Sunday morning.
Market stalls line Tanks promenade on Collins Avenue, with live entertainment provided by local musicians. Get the kids involved in a workshop, wander through the art gallery – it's all free!
