Bramston Beach Campground
The idyllic Bramston Beach Campground is located at 96 Evans Road, Bramston Beach, approximately 1 hour south of Cairns. Currently catering for up to 40 unpowered sites, with ablutions, laundry and BBQ facilities, bookings can be made through the on site Caretaker on (07) 4067 4121. The ever popular Fitzroy Island Campground is a 45 minute Fast Cat ride (about 30kms) from Cairns. It offers approximately 28 unpowered tent sites, an ablutions block, BBQs and covered pergola eating area. Council currently offers two free RV friendly campgrounds at Babinda, approximately 45 minutes south of Cairns: The Boulders camping ground, and Babinda Rotary Park Babinda Creek.
Currently, no bookings are required for these campgrounds. Maximum length of stay is strictly 72 hours. Local Laws officers regularly patrol these campgrounds.

Cairns Holiday Park
Ideally located at 12-30 Little Street, just 3km from the Cairns city centre, the cairns domestic and international airport, the award winning Cairns Holiday Park is a Council owned facility leased and operated by Australian Tourist Park Management group.
Cairns Holiday Park offers a range of accommodation options from budget backpacker accommodation, shady caravan and camping sites through to modern ensuite studios. There is a great range of facilities including in-ground pool, laundry, camp kitchen, free wi-fi and a fully fledged tour and attraction information and booking facility at Reception.
Palm Cove Holiday Park
The beautiful beach side Palm Cove Holiday Park is situated at 149 Williams Esplanade, Palm Cove, approximately 30 minutes north of Cairns. This Council owned facility is leased and operated by Australian Tourist Park Management group. It is in a perfect tropical north Queensland location close to all the famous attractions and adventures along the Great Barrier Reef.
Along with stunning scenery, the Palm Cove Holiday Park offers both powered and unpowered camping and caravan sites, full amenities and camp kitchen, minutes from Palm Cove's famous beach and village, jetty, boat ramp and fishing, restaurants and shopping.
