The Cairns Disaster Coordination Centre Facebook and Twitter accounts are only activated when there is information about a current disaster, emergency or event in the region.

Collect one of our contact cards from any Cairns Regional Council customer service centre and join our online community so you are ready to receive real time, live updates in the event of a cyclone, severe weather or natural disaster.
How do these cards work?

2. Download and install a free QR code reader application
3. Scan the black and white QR codes with the camera of your smart phone and they will take you to our content.
